- 2 slices of Bread
- 2 slices of firm tofu
- 1-2 T Flax seed oil
- 1T Vegan margarine
- Salt & course ground black pepper
Toast bread slices in toaster. Cut tofu into slices. Squirt flax seed oil lavishly on toast, then “butter” toast lightly with margarine, place tofu slice on toast, dribble a few drops of flax oil over tofu and sprinkle with salt and coarse ground black pepper. Tastes just like poached eggs on toast!
