This class is for absolute beginners and perfect if you are brand new to yoga and want to try it out!
No prior experience is required. This is a 75-minute long class. You are taught by well-trained, experienced, certified Jivamukti Yoga teachers who will provide easy-to-understand instructions and help you experience Yoga!
You will learn proper breathing techniques, basic yoga postures. You will learn to move safely from one pose to another using breath and intention.
