Each workshop will focus on a long, slow and challenging Jivamukti asana sequence with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness. Special attention to alignment during transitioning from one asana to the next will be emphasized, as well as correct alignment in asanas.
The 1 hour and 45 minutes asana classes will be followed by one hour discussions on pivotal verses from chapters 4, 5 and 6 of the Bhagavad Gita. Themes of dharma, reincarnation, poetry and karma will be explored. These themes are relevant today and can be put into action resulting in a happier life.
Open to all levels. Come to one, two or all three workshops. Singing and meditation included.
