The combination of Breathwork + Sound can be transformative, helping to release pain or trauma, re-align energies, reduce stress, and find focus again. Or it can simply be a deeply relaxing and restorative experience.
During this session we will begin with a circle, offering an introduction to the practice and setting our intentions. You will be guided through 30 minutes of breathwork as you exhale the tension, anxiety, and stress you’ve been holding in your cells, and allow inspiration, joy, and vitality to replace them.
Following breathwork, you will be taken on a deeply relaxing sonic journey with various overtone-emitting instruments including quartz and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, tuning forks and more, closing with a healing mantra.
About Hande and Jenn
Hande has been experiencing the miraculous effects of breathwork in her mind, body, and soul since 2013. Trained with Demet Gulser in her hometown of Istanbul, and later with David Elliott in New Mexico, she has been sharing this gift with as many people as she can by giving private and group sessions in New York City.
