On this Valentine’s Day we are inviting women to embrace self-love: to put their own happiness and well-being first. We are inviting you to go beyond the traditional holiday idea and experience something more long lasting than a bubble bath and a gel pedicure! We are inviting you to nurture a love that comes from fully expressing and accepting yourself, your needs, your gifts, and your path, and to take back the power and responsibility for your own happiness.
“Throughout history, women have consciously or unconsciously gathered in sacred circles to laugh, share, heal, care for children, grieve, and spiritually connect in community. In gatherings for women, the participants can experience a deep authenticity within themselves, be and witness other women being vulnerable, and find a much deeper connection that we often lack in our day-to-day lives.”
“In the sacred space of the circle a collective power is harnessed. The support, compassion, openness, creativity, and individual stories shared have the force to translate into something much larger, with a powerful ripple effect that positively impacts the collective.”
What to bring and wear: water to drink, comfortable / free-flowing clothing, sacred items for the altar (anything of importance to you, i.e. piece of jewelry, photo, crystal, etc), optional: journal and pen. Women of all walks of life, faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds are welcome.
