Join yogi, Jai Sugrim + flower alchemist, Katie Hess, in a unique workshop designed to awaken the essence of both the divine masculine + feminine within you. Experience the activation of yin & yang energies within your auric field stimulated by yoga asanas, flower elixirs and a guided mindfulness practice. Enjoy a heartfelt conversation about expressions of divine masculine + feminine in yoga, dancing and business. Feel the subtle essence of giving + receiving in gentle, collaborative movement conversations.

This workshop is a combination of asanas, movement + seated meditation, so please wear comfortable clothing. Partner not necessary. The practice is designed to elicit and balance both feminine/masculine within each of us.

About Kate and Jai:

Katie Hess is a flower alchemist, author of Flowerevolution and founder of LOTUSWEI, one of the world’s leading floral apothecaries. With her signature elixirs featured in O, The Oprah Magazine, The New York Times and the LA Times, her flower-powered community is thriving. Katie teaches mindful-awareness practices at Flowerlounge events around the world, hands out flowers to strangers in urban Flower Flash Mobs + hosts the Flowerlounge Podcast with listeners in over 60 countries. Whether it’s a retreat in Costa Rica, her meditations, or her travels to find the planet’s rarest flowers, the essence of Katie’s work is to bring people into a whole new world, from the inside out.

Jai Sugrim is an advanced certified Jivamukti yoga teacher, athletic trainer, public speaker and recognized men’s health expert. He has a scientific approach for bringing the human body and mind into harmony. Jai has worked with many professional athletes, including the New York Yankees, during the 2000 and 2001 seasons. He earned a 2000 world series championship ring as the Yankees defeated the Mets in the subway series. As a spiritual guide and health educator, Jai enjoys sharing his healthy lifestyle and the enlightened teachings with students through his international retreats, speaking engagements, teacher trainings, television appearances, one on one coaching, corporate wellness programs, and his writing. He is the creator and host of “Yoga Sutra Now” a 65 episode tv show which aired in 95 million American homes and 20 countries internationally. Jai has been featured on The Today Show, in The New York Times, and Psychology Today. He is grateful for the opportunity to teach practices that lead to self awareness.
