Mindful Neurology @ Jivamukti presents a series of 4 workshops exploring the fascinating and intricate way the brain responds to lifestyle changes. An in-depth scientific evaluation combined with yoga practice and philosophy informs this integrative approach to purpose, nutrition, sleep, stress, and exercise in creating optimal brain health.

Participants will receive work-books for neurohealth and the science behind
neuroplasticity, to facilitate home practice.

*Optional after program: a 3-course vegan dinner in the Jivamuktea Café.

Dr. Sarah Mulukutla is a neurologist and an avid practitioner of Yoga and meditation. Dr. Mulukutla founded Mindful Neurology PLLC to offer neurologic care with a focus on brain health and mind-body practices. Dr. Mulukutla is the Chair of the American Academy of Neurology Section on Neurohealth & Integrative Neurology. She received neurology training at Yale University School of Medicine and currently practices in New York City.
