Ariane was born in Southern Germany and stepped into a yoga class because her body was striking after some intense work projects. Yoga has been the only method that worked for her to get back to normal – or in fact: much better! – just the side effect to be addicted to practice ever after. She studied yoga all over the world, Ayurvedic yoga massage in Thailand, Vinyasa Flow in Goa, Prenatal yoga in Berlin and finally absolved the Jivamukti Teacher Training in 2014 in Costa Rica after 10 years of an intense Jivamukti practice in Munich. Now living and working as a freelance art director and yoga teacher in Berlin.
