Cat began practising yoga in 2003 and has been teaching since 2008. Cat found yoga relieved her busy, creative architectural mind that led to a more positive mental state. Yoga helped heal her spinal disc herniation, that felt like a miracle. Practicing a Himalayan Chakra meditation, travelling and studying yogic sacred philosophy from South America, Mexico, New York, Europe and India, and teaching to various ages in the community from privates to kirtans and sound healings; led to creating multi-dimensional healing practices. Cat incorporates live music (collaborating with various musicians), ancient moon, sun cycles and mother earth philosophies from various cultures. Lately venturing into more personal Tantric practices to understand and master one’s own energy. Cat is grateful for all her teacher’s teachings as inspired from Jivamukti, Mangrove and Yin Yoga training’s (Sharon Gannon, David Life and Sarah Powers), especially for the teaching from Sharon Gannon ‘love is the cure to everything’. Cats loves applying physiotherapy health coach and anatomy knowledge into classes really getting you to know your body on a scientific, deeply philosophical and heart opening level.
