Helen‘s yoga journey began in 2006, shortly after she moved from Zurich to New York, where she practiced Jivamukti Yoga. When she later moved to Los Angeles, Paris and Luxembourg she took along her love for the practice and explored other schools of yoga. She is grateful to her teachers Yogeswari and Lady Ruth who encouraged her to take the Jivamukti 300 hours teacher training in India. Since 2016 she teaches, currently mostly in Geneva and Lausanne, occasionally in Berne. Helen likes to encourage her students to explore their full possibilities with care and diligence.
