The mental cinema, between go to sport but actually want to be one with her sofa, brought her to the first Vinyasa Yoga class in 2005 in Frankfurt.
She was in love! Maike was looking for exactly this kind of balance: exercise, have fun, let go, recharge her batteries. Since then, she and her Mat have been inseparable. After many great inspiring years as a teacher and student, further training in yin yoga, kids yoga and yoga therapy, She fulfilled her dream and completed her 300-hour Jivamukti yoga teacher online training.
