Munirah’s yoga discovery journey started with the first OM chant she heard during Stewart Gilchrist’s class in London. Both the collective energy of the class & Stewart’s authenticity, wit and warmth made her realised that not all yogas are the same!

Hot yoga classes, lead to Ashtanga workshop, to Forrest yoga weekend immersion, to Yin yoga online studies, & ultimately to yoga teacher training courses. She did her 75hr Jivamukti TT in 2019 in Los Angeles with Hachi Yu and Jules Febre and her Hatha yoga 200RYT with Sarah Colleen, Siva Rathna Yoga School.

She loves to create a space for others to tap into their inner “spiritual warriors”, higher self and the teacher within…

Teaching locally in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, she is honoured to be one of the first Jivamukti teachers in the region. She is grateful to be able to share this lineage with the yogis and yoginis that attend her classes.
