Born in Switzerland with Lebanese roots, raised in the US and Germany and now back in Switzerland, Naila has always known how important a strong connection to the inner Self is, in order to manage and balance the always changing outer and inner world. She first attended a Vinyasa Yoga class in 2018, initially in order to increase physical strength and flexibility, but she was immediately drawn by the concept of connecting physical movement with the movement of thoughts, mind and emotions. The spark was lit, but it was only when she coincidentally stepped into a Jivamukti Yoga class a year later, that the warmth of coming home started to spread in her. Pieces began to shift and fall into the right places. The holistic approach of Jivamukti Yoga including not only one but all beings in its teachings and with compassion as the center part, struck her. She finally knew, she was where she belonged.
