I am fortunate to have found yoga through my teacher, Paloma Baker, who has guided me to through this path since the beginning. I am an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga since 2016, and did my Jivamukti Teacher training in 2012 in Costa Rica. I have a Bachelors degree in psychology and I am currently working on a Cognitive- Behavioral Therapy Certification as well as a Masters Degree in Clinical Sexology. I grew up as a gymnast with Mexican Olympian Hilda Amézaga. All of this has taught me one thing: practice, persistence and true love for what you do make it possible to do great things, but if service and compassion are not your main motivation, then you are only feeding your ego. For life to have a meaning, one must work hard and have a strong desire to serve. I have been blessed and am forever grateful to learn from teachers such as Sharon Gannon, David Life, Jules Febre, Emma Henry, Yogeswari, Rafael Cervantes and Jeffrey Cohen, among others. Ever since I started teaching in 2012, every student that has come into my class has been a teacher. I believe we all have the power to change the world through love, compassion and service one breath at a time.
