I discovered Jivamukti Yoga in 2006 while living in Washington, D.C. In 2011, I had the privilege of attending Jivamukti Yoga teacher training with the co-founders David Life and Sharon Gannon. My teacher training mentor was the luminous Andrea Boyd of Satsang Yoga in Charleston, SC.

I moved to San Francisco at the end of 2011, where I began practicing Jivamukti with Toni Cupal and now study under her and Mukund Subramanian as part of the Healing Cultures Training Program. The bay area also brought the incomparable Dr. Eric Rubin, of North Point Chiropractic into my life from whom I received my first and second degree Reiki attunements.

Since moving back to Honolulu in 2017, I began studying Lomi Lomi with LiAnn Uyeda and Kumu Malia Helela. I am blessed to have many other teachers in my life that continue to guide and inspire me.
