Valeria first stepped on a yoga mat was when she was 17 years old. She practiced Hatha Yoga with dedication in Milano for more than 10 years. She spent a long time searching for something more than asana practice, and then found the Jivamukti yoga method. It was love at first sight!
For her is important live in the yoga path and be an activist. She is forever thankful for her beloved facilitators Yogeswari and Anja Kuehnel and her mentors Magali Lehners and Martina Eder.

She lived for six years in Nuremberg where she taught Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Class and Open Class.
Currently she lives and teaches Jivamukti in Milan, facilitates informed yoga sessions for trauma after studying with the Radika Foundation and studies at the Ayurvedic Point school to become an Ayurvedic technician.
