Angie began her yoga journey in 2008 and has never turned back. After completing her first yoga class, there was a sense of inspiration and freedom both physically and mentally. She loved the deep teachings that she could carry with her on and off the mat. The ability to harmonize the body, mind and soul through asana, breath, chanting, gave the calmness, focus and clarity that Angie was yearning for, in and outside of the yoga studio.
After years of studying with a Senior Advanced Jivamukti teacher, Andrea Kwiatkowski, Angie completed her 300-Hour Jivamukti Teacher Training with David Life in Costa Rica. She continues her studies with her mentor and is grateful for her teachers that inspire her everyday. Angie uses her personal yoga experience and shares it with her students in a real and honest way. “Yoga has given me the tools to be more present, compassionate and understanding of myself and others. I hope to encourage students to discover their true Self and inner bliss."
