After hanging up my ballet shoes when I was 14, I switched to yoga and began a meditation practice.
Whilst reading English (BA) at Oxford University, I taught yoga classes to fellow students, and began practising Ashtanga Yoga when studying in Dublin.
In 2005 I fell in love with Jivamukti Yoga! Jivamukti's tenets of bhakti (devotion) and nada (music) resonated with my dance and spiritual background.
I trained as a Jivamukti Yoga teacher in 2007, completed by apprenticeship with Cat Alip-Douglas in 2011, and gained my Advanced Certificate in 2014.
Based in London, I have mentored teachers in the Jivamukti Teacher Apprenticeship Programme and taught international retreats.
I also teach children and families, and have several years' experience of teaching cancer care patients at Maggie's.
