Nina was so lucky that her first Jivamukti class was with Sharon and David in 2009, she felt like comming home in the Jivatribe. Her next goal was to become a Jivamukti Yoga teacher, and she did her 300 hr training with Sharon and David in 2011, New York.
Nina has her background from Satyananda and Ashtanga yoga. She loves the good combination of these yoga traditions in the Jivamukti yoga method, as well the focus of that all beings should be happy and free. The yoga practice is a lifestyle, and yoga makes you happy 🙂
With her colleague Marieke Joosten, Nina runs two yoga studios in Porsgrunn and Skien. She has practiced yoga since 2000, and also teach Yin Restorative. These days she is immersing herself in Meditation and Pranayama in the Satyananda tradition. Nina is also a therapist and works with Bowen and massage.
