In 2005 a friend brought me to my first yoga class some weeks before end of year exams at University. Coming from classical ballet, I immediately liked the precision and physical challenge of the Asansa sequences that kept my mind focused. Through my wandering years, encounters with exceptional teachers and especially the years in Bern with my mentor and friend Céline Ryf shaped my life on and off the mat. It is the daily practice of linking breath and movement intertwined with Yoga philosophy and mindfulness that nourish my work in the field of child mental health as well as my private life. I am thankful to share Jivamukti Yoga in my hometown.
