The Spiritual Warrior sequence because it’s just so well rounded and a great tool to have in your (yoga) pocket when you want to find what feels good !
8) Can you share a memorable moment from a class at your studio?
It wasn’t a class but it was Radanath Swami’s impromptu visit to the studio.
He was in the Parisian region and we managed to invite him the same weekend. About 300 people showed up, it was a hot summer day, many were standing up outside the shala on the canal to listen to his soft voice. It was so wholesome.
9) What’s the best feedback you’ve received from a student?
Some of the sweetest comments we have received are practitioners telling us they chose their home when moving to a new place according to the studio’s location- to be near us. It so heartwarming to hear.
