The Beginners’ Class

A wonderful way to feel the benefits of yoga with little (or no) prior experience of yoga

The right class if your priorities are:

  • Gaining flexibility safely and progressively
  • Speeding up recovery from injury or illness
  • Increased ability to control stress
  • Proficiency in fundamental yoga poses

Benefits after just a few classes:

  • You feel more flexible, more fit
  • You know effective de-stressing techniques
  • You have mastered fundamental yoga poses and can transition smoothly between them
 

Teaching environment & methods:

  • Non-judgmental class of beginners (mostly)
  • Gentle, effective teaching & individual attention
  • Easy-to-understand instructions
  • 75 minutes of a de-stressing experience
 

Tuition comes in 2 options:

Classes Scheduled

  • Wednesdays 7:15 – 8:30pm
  • Saturdays 10:30 – 11:45am
