Dear Jivamukti Yoga Community,

We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak situation and keeping health and safety as a priority. There are a number of programs on schedule ranging from studio openings to Tribe Gathering. For specific programs and workshops in the coming weeks, please check with the individual organizers of the event to ascertain if there are any changes to the schedule. Please also check with your local Jivamukti Yoga studio regarding any precautions to take while attending classes.

We are following local, state and federal government advisories regarding travel and group congregation guidelines on a daily basis. If you are registered for an event, you will be notified if there are any changes. We thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

The U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends the following as everyday preventative actions:

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

  • Cover your coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.

  • Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces/objects daily.

  • Stay home when you are sick (except to seek medical care).
