Shipping Costs are calculated based on the buyer's location. Most of our products ship from our New York City center. Within the US we use the United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping. International orders are sent by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Returns
All Boutique returns and exchanges, except innerwear and beauty products, are accepted within 14 days from purchase date for store credit only-no cash refunds.
All merchandise must be unworn, with tags intact and with original receipts. CDs/DVDs must be in new condition and unopened. Mats cannot be returned if opened, used, or washed. Purchase of merchandise on sale and all Beauty products are FINAL.
No refunds or exchanges without receipt and unopened/unused items only.
