Andrea discovered Yoga in 2018 in a small studio in Barcelona in order to escape a little from the stress of work. The connection she felt with the practice and with the philosophy behind it made her want to go deeper into it. Each time she felt closer to God and more in balance and aware of herself. She decided to do the YTT in Hatha – Vinyasa to get a little closer to the philosophy of Yoga and improve her practice. She had not tried Jivamukti yet. In the 200HR Hatha – Vinyasa TT she learned a lot about the history and beginnings of Yoga, she was fascinated with spiritual teachings and the Holy Yoga books (Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita…). She started teaching in small studios and doing private classes and without a doubt, it was what filled her with love, helping others through Yoga, what could be better? She started with a vegan diet at the time, for them, because all lives matter. And then the day came, Andrea heard about Jivamukti and went to the Jivamukti school in Barcelona to try what it was all about. The first class was with Olga Oskorbina and it was incredible, no words to describe the feeling she had when she finished the class. Surely she had found her place. A method that included everything she loves, a combination full of bliss and love. So when she saw that there was a 300HR training in Italy in a month (October 2020), she didn’t think twice. And now, her life has changed and she knows that her place is here forever, in the Jivamukti community.
