Anna was born in Russia. Her first connection to yoga was about 10 years ago. She practiced various styles with many teachers at different life stages. A 300 hour certified Jivamukti yoga teacher training was the consequence. Yoga was her way to find the balance in life she was looking for. Now she is sharing her passion for Yoga. In her classes expect to experience her dedication to students and excellent yoga assists! Anna is very grateful to the teachers in human and non-human form who keep her on this path.
