For Anna Mareike Yoga is like home. It’s the safe space to return to. Yoga is that space where you can come as you are, work with what’s there and free yourself from whatever you want to let go. She tried many different Yoga styles, took workshops and a Vinyasa Teacher Training but nothing felt like the deep joy after a Jivamukti Class. So she decided to take the Teacher Training 2018 at Chiemsee to immerse herself in the method and is forever grateful for this experience. Her gratitude goes to the facilitators Anja and Yogeswari and to the mentors Magali and Martyna and – of course – to every single being sharing this life and universe with her.
