Anna met Yoga in her early age, when she grew up with her yogi mother. She have spent with her many holidays at ashram, singing with her bhajans, whispering holy mantras, listening to yoga philosophy wisdom, explored yoga nidra and meditation. Somehow she skipped asana practice, what she had found not so interesting, but went really deep into buddhistic meditations and philosophy.
She started to visit dynamic yoga classes in her twenties as a proper substitution for many dance and acrobacy classes she took earlier on a daily regular basis. One day she decided to surround herself with people with similar mindset, in the yoga community. Without a blinking of an eye she met Šárka Vojáčková, owner of yoga studio Jógovna in Prague, fell in love with her yoga teaching method and what she found out later, also with Jivamukti yoga. Magic happened when she opened the Sharon Gannon’s book Yoga and Vegetarianism (now Yoga and Veganism), realizing that all that she felt from the childhood was maybe not wrong, that she is not alone in it, that from the very young age she felt deep in her soul strong wish to become a ‘Jivanmukta’, to be here on this planet in this lifetime to share love and to be kind no matter what happens. To believe in love in every each being alive. To be kind. To be true.
After the very first 75 hours teacher training ever happened in Berlin in 2019 with Anja Kuehnel she went deeper and deeper into the Jivamukti yoga with her regular practice and studying all the material, what she was able to cope with (to absorb). Destiny led her to the 300 hours teacher training online from Menla in 2021 with Ruth Lauer Manenti and Ha-Chi Yu and mentor Juan Sierra.
Anna creates also yoga podcasts in czech language OM podcast, works as an actress, singer, composer, dj, music dramaturgist and speaker in Czech National radio, still love to dance and be creative.
