After practicing asanas for several years an ayurvedic doctor told her during a retreat to become more spiritual. At this point of her life she did not catch what was meant by this. Some years later she got the meaning of it during her first vinyasa yoga teacher training. From this point on her life changed and inspired her to go deeper into yoga philosophy and spirituality of different yoga methods. In autumn 2020 Anne did her 75h Jivamutki Spiritual Warrior Training with Moritz Ulrich in Berlin and her passion for the Jivamukti Yoga method grew more and more that made her to join the 300h Teacher Training in Spring 2021. This was followed by the 500h apprenticeship with her mentor Ulrike Schäfer at Peace Yoga Berlin in 2023.

Anne is thrilled by Jivamukti Yoga, the inspiring community. She is grateful for all the teachers who have accompanied her on her way, the possibility to share the Jivamukti method in her classes and share how to integrate spirituality into our busy urban life.

Anne also teaches Yin and Restorative Yoga in combination with sound baths (Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Mantra). Here she has also built up a lot of knowledge and expertise in over 200 hours of training.
