I started practicing Jivamukti Yoga in 2011. Once I started I fell in love with it. I was practicing everyday for 8 months until I went to the Jivamukti Yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, 2012! I saw this as an opportunity to be able to share and spread the teachings of Yoga. I now teach at the wonderful Jivamukti Yoga center in Jersey City.
