My yoga journey started during my master thesis in 2006. Through yoga I learned to cultivate & invite serenity and mindfulness into my life. Practicing yoga regularly I have experienced the positive & pleasant impacts on body & mind, so yoga become more and more part of my life.
I have tried different yoga styles, practiced yoga with various teachers and soon wanted to dive deep into yoga. My first Jivamukti Yoga workshop was love at first sight... the moment I felt “home”. The integrated method – that was it! I love the dynamic asana practice with nadam – the right sound/song at the right time...it was so uplifting! And you know what you get in a Jivamukti Yoga Open Class.
Next step in my journey: in 2013 I completed the Jivamukti Yoga TT 300hrs in Germany/Frauen Chiemsee on this beautiful island. Since 2014, I am teaching after-work yoga classes at my company and from 2017 on, additional early-morning yoga classes.
Being a yoga teacher & teaching makes me an even more compassionate yoga practitioner. I am grateful to share my experiences, i.e. to handle the struggle of seeds of perfection and especially that “feel-good-hormone” after a yoga class with others.
