Celine began practicing yoga – mostly in asana form – 16 years ago as she was pregnant because it was the only “sport” she was allowed to practice. After a long period when she gave too much: to her work, employees, family, she burnt out. She began mindfulness meditation and engaged in a spiritual path with a daily sadhana more than 10 years ago. She discovered Jivamukti yoga in 2012 and was immediately attracted by its completeness: a teaching that includes the 8 limbs of yoga (a demanding physical practice, chanting, spiritual teachings and meditation) not only for our own benefit but also for the peace and freedom for all. Celine has been a manager, a consultant and trainer in management and a business owner. She witnessed a lot of suffering in the working world and aims to contribute to alleviate it. She now brings yoga teachings in her coaching to help leaders and people to live in a more mindful, compassionate and purposeful personal and professional life. She wrote two books about mindfulness meditation to share its benefits in helping others, for oneself and in relationships . She helps people to observe what is happening in their bodies and minds as they are on the mat, experimenting with new ways of approaching challenges, and transform them into new behaviours in “real life”. “Because Yoga is not just on mat : it’s an art of living”. Celine dedicates her everyday life to contribute to make the prayer LOKAH SAMASTAH SUKHINO BHAVANTU become true.
