I have always felt a deep attraction for the Eastern culture and for this reason I have dedicated myself to the study of oriental languages ​​and philosophies. About the Eastern culture I love how spirituality permeates everything, every place or gesture, just as even in the midst of the frenzy that animates Tokyo’s streets, with their mega crossings and skyscrapers, there is no person who doesn’t stop enchanted under the pink rain of cherry blossom petals.
This search for a more spiritual truth led me first towards the practice of Zen meditation and then finally to the practice of yoga. I chose Jivamukti Yoga because in addition to the rigorous and intense asana practice, the method conveys the spiritual message of a Civilization in its entirety, giving us a wonderful tool, not only for perfecting our physical body, but also, and above all, for the expansion of our consciousness and awareness.
