I am the director of a yoga studio in Kobe, Japan and have been teaching for 8 years. And 300 hours Italian online Jivamukti Yoga certified. We teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, and Aerial Yoga. In private, I am a mother of four children.
