Since the age of 25, Dana has been searching for spiritual experiences. She felt an inner call for the meaning of life. In 2009, Dana found her way onto the Yoga mat and tried many different styles. All the styles were more physical and she missed the spiritual meaning behind them. So, she began to study the yoga philosophy intensively and found her way to Jivamukti Yoga in 2018. Her first class was at Peace Yoga in Berlin. This was what Dana had been looking for so long. A strong asana practice, chanting, the Dharma talk and meditation. All is connected. She was at home. Dana is also an intensive care nurse and studies a lot of human anatomy. Proper alignment is extremely important to her.
In 2022 Dana completed the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training with Moritz Ulrich and Yogeswari. She is forever grateful to her teachers – in the past, present and future.
