Delphine discovered jivamukti yoga in Ericeira, Portugal in July 2023. She was practicing yoga since seraval years and a friend of hers booked this class with Nina de la Fuente during their surf trip and it was a revelation. Since then she never stopped practicing and even registered for the 300 hours jivamukti yoga hybride teacher training in 2024/2025 where she has been graduated.
She used to practice regularly in jivamukti yoga studio in Paris and she gives some classes in her small town in Burgundy.
She has choosen to live in the countryside since 2017 as she needs to be close to nature.
Her values turn around kindness for all : caring education toward children, veganism, non-violent communication, zero waste activism, permaculture, ecological transition.
