Yoga student since 2008, started with Ashtanga yoga. Student of Francis van Graafeijland since 2008. In 2013 he introduced, together with Mona, Jivamukti in our yoga school in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. In September 2021 I participated in the 75-hrs in Barcelona by Olga Oskorbina and Maria Macaya, and mentor Mitch Burnett. In 2022 I participated the online 300-hrs with Moritz Ulrich and Jogeswari, and mentor Ivan Szydlowski. Connected to the both yoga schools in Eindhoven offering Jivamukti yoga; The Yogahome and Mudita yoga.
