While currently based in London, Elina teaches internationally, particularly in Paris and on the Greek Islands. Elina combines challenging flows, core work, alignments and traditional yogic spiritual teachings, helping students to build deep body awareness and strength. Elina encourages students to go beyond their expected limit point, into their discomfort zone in a safe way. Elina believes in living our lives to our fullest potential, beyond on fears and projected boundaries, on and off the mat.
