Elizabeth teaches hot yoga, vinyasa and Jivamukti – her classes are dynamic, focusing on alignment and flowing sequences. She is passionate about sharing the wisdom of yoga and its incredible benefits (physical as well as mental). With over 1550 hours of yoga and yoga therapy teacher training completed she continues to broaden her yoga horizons. She was first introduced to regular practice of yoga in 2005 by a work colleague after she relocated from Hong Kong to London.
