Liza started her yoga teaching journey in 2022 when she successfully completed the 75 HR TT course in Moscow, Russia with Anna Lunegova and Olga Oskorbina and began teaching SW classes. In February 2024, she completed the 300 HR TT course in India with Hachi Yu and Petros and joined the international Jivamukti community.
Liza especially loves Jivamukti classes for the clarity and structure (being a financial analyst by profession), as well as for the space for creativity and the opportunity to express one’s personality. She highly values ​​the international Jivamukti community and the exchange of experience with teachers around the world.
