Erica has always been passionate about the connexion between body and mind, and about movement as a tool for physical and spiritual growth.
She is a Medical Doctor specialized in Pediatrics, she firmly believes in the trasformative power of Yoga.
She is from Italy and lives in Brussels, she speaks Italian, French, Spanish and English.
Erica discovered Jivamukti Yoga in Barcelona in 2020 with her first teacher Olga Oskorbina, she then went on studying during the 300h Teacher Training facilitated by Moritz Ulrich and Camilla Veen with the Mentorship of Mitch Burnett: she is gratefull to her teachers for all the wisdom they shared and she hopes to go on studying and to deepen her knowledge of Yoga.
