Gloria started her yoga journey in 2017. Through yoga, she learned to bring more balance into her life, to be more mindful and to find stillness amid the hectic daily routines. The yoga mat has been a safe place for her ever since.
After two years of intensive yoga practice, Gloria decided to complete a 200h Vinyasa yoga teacher training in Frankfurt am Main. She has been teaching since then. With Jivamukti she came into contact by chance when she attended her first open class in Hamburg. For her, it was love at first sight.
End of 2023 Gloria eventually decided to complete the 300h Jivamukti yoga teacher training. Afterwards she will be teaching Jivamukti in Frankfurt.
