Hayley was introduced to yoga in her early teens and has been practicing ever since. In 2015 she was introduced to the Jivamukti Method and was in awe of the strong, dynamic physical practice beautifully integrated with ancient spiritual and ethical teachings. Hayley spent 2 years teaching in Cambridge UK, before moving to Sydney to complete her apprenticeship with Sandy King. Hayley loves to teach a wide range of students, from beginners through to advanced practitioners and always tries to bring humour and playfulness to her classes. Hayley loves being to be able to share the teachings of yoga and is incredibly grateful for all the teachers in her life that share their knowledge and continue to inspire.
