Born in a small town in the northern Germany, Heike loves to travel, explore the world and meet people of different cultures. Having studied cultural anthropology (M.A.) and working as a tv journalist, she dives deeper into the teachings of yoga, the human mind and spirit. Always creating space for growth and connection, she is now working as a coach and yoga teacher, providing a nurturing environment that helps people to step into their power. Heike is grateful for all the teachers she has met on her path f.e., like Sharon Gannon, David Life, Dr. Joe Dispenza and her mentors Anna Kühnel & Giselle Marie and many many more.
