Helen Ergeç is an 800hrs+ Certified Jivamukti Teacher and a psychologist. She graduated from the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in India, in 2017 and then apprenticed with her mentor Martyna Eder. Since then, she has been teaching classes at Jivamukti Berlin and now lives in Cologne where she also teaches Jivamukti Yoga on a regular basis. As a yoga teacher and psychologist she has a holistic approach in her classes and in tries to teach mindfulness and empathy in treating ourselves and the world around us.
