I started to practice yoga in June 2023. And in November 2023 I finished 300HR program and became a teacher. Before yoga I did triathlon for 5 years: three times covered half Ironman distance. Here in my mat I found all answers I could’t find before. And kind support of my teachers made me strong on my new way.
