Iris is originally from Germany and went to her first Jivamukti Yoga Class in 2013 while living in South Carolina, US. She fell in love with the methodology and continued practicing Jivamukti Yoga when moving to Nuremberg, Germany, in 2015 and then to Stuttgart in 2020. In 2020 she completed the 75hr Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training with her teacher Moritz Ulrich in Berlin and in 2022 the 300hr Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training in Salento, Italy with Moritz Ulrich and Yogeswari.
In 2024 she moved to Bangalore, India with work and is teaching in a local studio.
Iris is grateful for all her teachers she is meeting along the way, especially her teacher Moritz Ulrich, for his inspiration and guidance.
