I have been teaching yoga with great joy since 2016. As a practitioner, I have increasingly found my home in Jivamukti Yoga, which gives me back so much that I wanted to pass it on. That is why I completed the 75-hour and 300-hour Jivamukti Teacher Training, studying under Moritz Ulrich, Camilla Veen and Alexandra Colombo, amongst others. I regularly take part in workshops and Jivamukti retreats – the practice informs the teaching – and am grateful to all my teachers, mentors and students.

I teach regular open classes at Yogamio and occasionally at Yogalance in Halle (Saale), Germany. Come along and practise with me and a lovely yoga community 🙂
