Issi Daniella is trained in Dharma (500hrs), Jivamukti (300hrs), Vinyasa (200hrs) and Yin (50hrs). Having trained in physical discipline throughout her life, including ballet and contemporary dance, Issi turned to yoga for recovery and health. Overtime the practice of yoga has become a spiritual and physical discipline to deepen consciousness and peace. Issi’s teaching follows the lineage of Sri Dharma Mittra, Sharon Gannon and David Life. Her dynamic classes combine the spiritual, mental and physical elements of yoga including chanting, pranayama and aligned movement. Issi is very conscious of the individual needs of each student and gives hands-on assists and modifications to deepen awareness and depth of consciousness during the practice. Issi’s hopes to lead her students to inner peace and compassion. She is very grateful to all teachers who have guided and inspired her.
