Janine Behrendt was born and raised in Berlin , during the past 5 years she has been traveling through Asia/Australia and Europe , whilst mainly being based in the UK. She recently moved back to Berlin , where she first discovered Jivamukti Yoga. In 2015 she completed her first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training( Multi-Style) in Dharamsala , India and has been teaching since . Jivamukti changed her practice. The method teaches us how to apply Yoga onto everyday life and the world that we live in today. On and off the mat. Being compassionate towards every being on this planet and realising that we are all connected, realising Yoga. She recently completed her 300 hour Jivamukti Teacher Training under the guidance of Sharon Gannon ,Yogeswari and Moritz Ullrich.
